connection error 0-200

Guys, does anyone know how to resolve this error? Whenever I enter the game it loads normally but before the start screen appears I always get the connection error 0-200 I've done everything I've seen the tutorial and it hasn't worked so far please help me

Ask that game own forum or that game support, those codes make no sense here, with a specific game server maybe .?
