why am i trade banned

ive not really traded that much on steam but im trying to buy an item and it says im trade banned even though i never recived a message or warning about it i dont know why or how im banned but if someone can help id appropriate it

There is no trade ban on your profile.
You did change your name recently, which causes a cooldown where trades are not permitted.

You recently changed your profile name today.

There is a new cooldown on trading after you change your profile name. It is at least a few hours.

Every time you change your profile name, you are put on a cooldown for trading.
