IP don't mean much, and likely person used VPN, so even with that there nothing can really do with that information regardless.

What do want to do is figure out where went wrong.
- Were you sharing account with others?

- did login via 3rd party site by entering login info?

- were you using public devices that wasn't yours?



There lots of scam sites like trade sites, gambling, and so on, there also scammers that contact people via DMS like Steam, discord, and etc where they ask you to vote for their team, or they claim they reported you, and need to to login via site, or etc story scammer comes up with just to get you to approve login on scam site to letting them have access to the account.
