Can you check the game version or is it mentioned below the games in the description before you purchase games here? Just curious?

Look for the RECENT EVENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS section and look at the patch notes. Most include version #s.

The game received only one patch since its release.

It looked good on Youtube but when I played it,. it was terrible, spelling and grammar errors all over the place, jump doesnt work, it mentions 1+2 to draw weapons and shoot it doesnt work, have to press Q to upholster weapon but the game doesnt tell you that.... I was liking it until all the issues

To know game version, either check game patch notes, or ask in game sub forum wait for someone to tell you game version.

If you want to see the last time a game was updated you could do worse than looking at it on Steamdb.
