Wrong game version

Hello,

I bought a Key for the Mamba edition of NBA 2K24. In my history of purchases, i can see that this version was added to my account, but the one downloading is the normal version (Kobe) and not the mamba edition ... anyone knows how can i fix this

The shady game reseller sold you a scam

They will of course not refund you because they literally don't care

There is nothing more expensive than being cheap

in my purchase order on steam, it's litteraly say that it's the mamba edition ... if it was a scam, I should have the wrong version on my steam list of purchases ...

It's normal for the download page and library to show the main game and not whichever specific edition of the game you bought.

As above when you buy the pack versions you get the base game then all the dlc's etc as advertised
You download the base then the dlc's get added /show

Ow didn't know that, did have the good version for EA FC for example, my bad I guess, I'll tell you when the 140gb will be downloaded :)

Right hand side of the library page has a manage my DLC section, which will show you what you own. You may need to scroll down if the game has achievements and trading cards as it's under those two sections.
