Trackmania nations forever - account recovery

hello, i have played a lot of trackmania nations forever long time ago and i dont remember all things needed to join that acc.. Can i somehow recovery that account, i know the username, but dont know the password or email..

Another info i know about account - it is linked to tmx profile and i know that profile.. just need to reset password and email, do someone know how to do it? Thank you.
