Screenshot delay problem
Whenever I take a screenshot in the game, there is always a delay of three seconds before the picture can be intercepted, originally it was a direct press to start the screenshot, and now I do not know why the F12 screenshot in the game will delay 3 to 4 seconds before the screenshot will start, but the in-game screen is smooth and will not LAG.

Here's the reason why it is so slow/laggy all of a sudden:

Valve already fixed the problem in the beta version ;)
Steam -> settings -> interface -> client beta participation
