Unfortunately, there aren't any cheap knives.

I think pretty much every other weapon has cheap skins for those that aren't too picky and just want something other than the default skin.

I didn't say it was cheap. I said it's the easiest way, which it is.

Knives are only obtainable in luck opening cases, trading and the Market.
