Play Tetris Effect OST on my phone or other device?

I just purchased the Tetris Effect OST from Steam. I can of course play the album from my Steam library, but I am looking for a way to play the album/tracks on my phone.
I did a backup of the soundtrack but what I have are a bunch of files with .csd and .csm format.
I guess I should have purchased from Bandcamp, but I was lazy and didn't feel like setting up an account there.

Is there a (legal) way I can copy the album to my Android phone?

Seems you got the wrong folder as the soundtrack comes in MP3 and FLAC:

Check the soundtrack section of Steam.

Thank you. I was looking in my \Users folder. I didn't think files would be downloaded under Program Files parent folder.
