Game not opening on primary monitor?

so ive checked both my windows and steam settings and still cant come to a solution.

anyone can help?

most of the time, when you put a game on a specific screen it should remember it and when booted should boot to and load up on the screen you last had the game running on.

some games also have in-game settings to set your screen to and make it boot on that screen.

there are also some issues with game window placement, when i comes to having more than one monitor/tv and how you have them setup (ie... main vs secondary, or more).

aside from drag and drop for the screen, there are also keyboard short cuts that move a window from screen to screen.

if none of that is present or works for a specific game, then you will likely need to ask in that games forums as the issue would be caused by that game alone, but if it happens on all games for some odd reason, then there may be an issue on your pc, could be microsoft screwed something up, could be a bad update messed something up, could be quite a few things.

Never mind. found out that i all i needed to do was take the hdmi for my monitors out and in again and it fixed the whole thing.
