Steam discord developer?

I need urgent help. Does Steam have any developers named "valve_universe" on Discord? Because he reached me and said that he complained about his account being wrong and requested it to be taken back, but he could not do anything. Frankly, I do not trust this profile that uses Discord.

Can you help me with what I should do?

There's no such thing, only scammers on Discord. Valve only contacts you through account alerts through Steam itself and then asks you to contact them through the ticket system provided on their own website.
Not Discord!

It's a very common scam. It's so common, Valve made a support article about it a few years back. Read it:
