Unsupported file system - I can't install the game (BioShock Infinte)

Hello, I have a problem downloading the game "BioShock Infinte". So one by one, I try to download Bioshock to the second drive
because I have two :C and :D,
however, after selecting the appropriate disk and the "Install" button, the message "Failed
An error occurred while installing BioShock Infinte: unsupported file system."
The disk works, I have two other parts of Bioshock on it, and I also tried to download another game to it
everything worked without any problems. I have tried changing download locations, clearing cache,
the disk is working and was checked in Windows Powershell, after that the problem persists. (P.S. I don't have space on this first disk)

FAT32

And that's your problem right there.
FAT32 can not handle files larger than 4GB.
You are aware that FAT32 is literally from the mid 90s, right?
That is about 30 years old technology.

It just can't hold up with today's requirements.
Use NTFS instead.
