Store language keeps ignoring my client language setting
In the settings I've chosen English and most things do show up correctly, but the Store section keeps showing Finnish. How do I fix this?

Do you have it set to English is both Steam Settings and in Store Preference settings?

And no other languages checked off for Store Preference language settings?

Keep in mind, if your machine System Language settings (your computer) is set to Finnish, depending on what Operating System you are using- it could be overriding the Steam app settings and displaying some pages in that language.

Primary language preference on Steam is set to English, no other language is selected.

The issue started a day or two ago after an update so I'm wondering if that caused Steam to go with geolocation instead of my actual settings.

Okay- "Primary language preference"- in Steam Settings, or in Store Preferences, or both?
Beta Client or Stable Client? Or in an outside browser? No VPN being used that might mess things up? (If you have a VPN on, try turning it off and restarting Steam to see if it still happens).

This issue has been around for years and years and years. And doing a search for threads about it I can find people reporting this back to 2016 (I stopped looking for older threads after that), and some suggestions work for some, but not for others. Could be geolocation or Store region being used instead of machine and app settings, it could be a bug with all of the updates Valve has been pushing lately, could be a potential sign of a compromised account.

i know Browser have change and have settings also they dont have to follow OS anymore, are you using external Browser with steam webpage maybe. ? ( i doubt it , but could explan alot. )

IFIYGD also mentions this "outside browser?"

Can you please point me to the "Store Preference settings"? I found the "Steam Client Language" in Steam->Settings->Interface, but can't seem to be able to find the another one.
The problem is that in recent days, the store language changed without my consent to my region language, which I don't prefer... Why in hell they must always "repair" things that had been working just fine?
I'm using stable client, not beta. No VPN either.

EDIT: FOUND IT! It was on the actual Store page, under Your Store "ribbon" shown not in main menu, but actually as part of Store content.
