Using VPN to play Lost Ark

Since lost ark is not available in my country can i add it to my steam library using VPN & then play it. does it violate any steam rules ? is my account at risk of getting banned ?

Steam has rules explicitly stating that using VPN's to bypass region restrictions is not allowed. So yes it'll breach their terms.

Spoofing your location with VPN in location you're not at is against terms of service, they may ban your payments methods, or worse case lock your account.

You can use a vpn to play a game
You cant use it to buy a restricted game out of your region
