how to get back my account?

so i have this old account i lost years ago and that time i was too young didnt understand much english but i recently decided to see i can get it back. Only now i have locked the acc after years of losing it. Now i need help on how to recover, steam wont let me contact steam support and kept asking me to use the help site and do the self recover but it doesnt help. Is there any other way i can recover my acc? thank you so much.

Recover your account:

Steam Support page about Account Recovery

You must be logged out of all accounts to start the account recovery process.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked/stolen/lost account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.

The recovery process allows you to provide proof of ownership.

i tried to the self recover, all it asked me is to type in my email and find the account and reset the password, next is advice me how to not get hacked and reset password. last two is about authenticator which is not related

Follow the guide that was linked to you two times already.

Search your account by account name.

Try to find the account via email, fail, recover by account name.
