what is sweet baby inc? and am i bad person if buy and play kingdom 18s?

i was planning in the future to buy and play kingdom 18s. I LOVE kingdom games.
new lands and two crowns. i'm in love with the series.the gameplay and the soundtrack is my fav.
but seeing "sweet baby inc" and alot of negative reviews saying it's from "sweet baby inc is baffling to me. now to be frank i tried the demo of the game back then and yea it's... okay? i mean i didn't like it that much as new lands or two crowns. the gameplay was weird and confusing.

perhaps i don't need to buy 18s. but still i need simply run down on sweet baby inc please. so i can be caught up on the news.

Some might say that SBI's involvement is what's harmful to those games, rather than a Steam group. There are numerous social online groups that say harmful things about everything, each trying to sway public opinion to align with their own. It's debatable whether any of them actually affect that public opinion, or do they just act as a place for like-minded individuals to gather. What's important is to learn both sides of the debate and make an informed decision of your own.

From one perspective. Another is that they've done a lot of good in the industry to introduce more DEI into the narratives. Personally, I don't have an opinion over whether or not effort has been made for more inclusion. I do prefer that it is more organic and not so heavy handed, but in the end I'll buy a game because I want to play it regardless of a someone's agenda.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... i feel like if i continued writing i would get replies like:

"YOU HOMOPHOBIC/TRANSPHOBIC BIGOT YOU USELESS ASS SCUM WHO HATES MINORITIES. YOU RACIST ♥♥♥♥!"

or at lest i would get called out but at lest in polite manner.

tbh i don't care about DEI. i know the term doesn't mean only "LGBT". it also refer to culture and ethnicities. but when the word come to my mind i just think first about LGBT stuff and i'm sure i'm not the only one here.

i have filter that blur out "LGBT" in tags. why? because to be frank i don't care about it. let me remind you i'm not talking about religious self. just normal self. i'm just not interest.
if the devs wants to add a character that is related to LGBT community then ok. i have no problem, add it. i'm just not gonna buy it cuz i'm not fan of that. do whatever you want that is your game afterall.

but if there is someone that forces you to add it because they have certain agenda. tell them "♥♥♥♥-off and this is my project,not yours" (unless the deiced to hire then it's devs/pub problem)

i feel i said what i want to say. i'm just sacred people view raw fury as bad pub.as i said.
i like kingdom series and i own games that they were publish by raw fury. like bad north,dead west and GONNER. and not to mention i have others that are wishlist-ed. i know other said do what you want. but i see raw fury is good pub and i don't there rep get ruined just because silly ass company

You are absolutely NOT a bad person for buying a game that SBI worked on.

The curator is just there to inform you if SBI was involved or not but the final decision is up to you. After all, some people will not buy a game as soon as they see that SBI was involved, some will not buy it because of an entirely different reason instead (be it studio statements, drama involving staff members and so on), some other won't care about any of those and just buy it regardless.

anyways thanks for the advice everyone... i guess.
but still no one answered. WHAT is sweet baby inc? it is the main reason that everyone fighting over it.
like i'm confused and someone needs to clarify it to me.

i can't take a side of the problem without knowing the problem itself. i can't just take a side randomly.

So from what I understand their trying to make games more inclusive and make better gaming experiences for people who aren't white or men etc. And a lot of dudes are angry cos they think it makes games worse (for them). You decide if its a terrible thing I guess
