NAVIDIA gpu display mode

whenever my NVIDIA control panel tries to switch from integrated graphics to discrete graphics card or vise versa it shows that steamwebhelper is stopping from changing it and when i try to stop only steamwebhelper from taskbar it appears itself again and again and then i hacve to sto p steam completely from taskbar!!!!!
please help me to resolve it!!!!!🤡😭😭
