my prime status got removed and i need help to re enable it

Hello dear cs2 players a long time ago when the exploit happened i wanted to play competitive with some friends when i logged in my account i didnt have my prime status and steam support is not anwering to my messages

you should search it up from google or check your purchase history for more info, also if that won't help, just buy another cs prime

There is an option to recover any deleted purchase in support tab. I will try to find it and post in a moment.
