FPS counter fix for all games.

Hey All, not sure if this helps anyone, but I was stuck for ages trying to get mine to work again as previous fixes were not working or stopped working after updates.

For win 11,
Go to -> Settings / Display / Graphics
Click on the Browse button under the "Add an app" heading.

What others say is to add the .exe files of the games with issues. I found that adding the .exe files of the launchers ended up fixing it for me.

E.g.: In my setup of Windows it can be found in: Open Explorer, C: / ProgramFiles(x86) / steam.
Add "Steam.exe". I also did this for the Xbox.exe as well and that fixed my Xbox app games too.

You don't have to alter any other behaviour on the graphics page!
