Report a translation problem
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
Then:
You can't remove games from an account. Even the permanently delete feature is nothing but an advanced hide and you can get games to reappear the same way they get hidden.
I did all the steps but step 6 wont work my games still needs to be purchased again
Some of my games are hidden but the games that I purchased are still in the library but if I try to launch it it says I dont have license or I need to purchase it

1. Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/
2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.
3. Click on the game.
4. Select "It's not in my library"
5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"
