how to contact steam support?

but its not working at all... how can i access the steam help page?

The only contact is via the ticket system. Who are 'they' who provided the link? You can raise a ticket in the client by going to help and Steam Support.

it is clearly a scamming attempt by scammers/hijackers .. by providing real Steam FAQ pages to make victims afraid .. all of these scammers/hijackers should be blocked and reported .. !!

i know its a scam link thats why i ask where OP found it
