Help I tried to move steam from my old hard disk to 2TB SD drive .

Following instructions i moved all from the L drive to the k drive
It would not give up the old directory steam vr did not work so I reinstalled Steam on the new k drive
it now tells me that none of my games are installed so i have to download everything!!! There is not enough space on my drive to install everything twice? what do I do? What can I delete now? What will happen to my saved games?

This is really crap!

to add insult to injury steam vr still does not work a key component etc.. the instructions to fix do not work I now have "runtime" :

Shut down steam.
Move the \steamapps\ folder from the K:\SteamLibrary\ to K:\SteamLibrary\Steam\
