Content file locked

Downloaded the game twice thinking it would fix or resolve the issue
Did all the things listed on reddit posts and YouTube
Redownloaded steam and currently downloading the game again hopping it gets fixed now
Checked logs and got the following text - any help is useful - ty in advance
"D:\Steam\steamapps\downloading\1599340" to "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Lost Ark" : 37316 updated, 0 moved, 0 deleted files

File commit failed: installed file locked (File locked) "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Lost Ark\Binaries\Win64\Anybrain\anybrainSDK.dll"

Ps. deleted the file "anybrain" and tried to install again still the same error

I don't think Lost Ark is available in the UAE.

maybe check your antivirus quarantine/vault to see if the games files are being blocked ... also maybe add an exception for the game's install folder in your antivirus?

So I had the "Content File locked" Error too and I could fix it following:

I opened my Task Manager, went to the Steam process, right-clicked it and opened Properties. There I went into Security and chose Edit.... In there I gave Full control, which worked just fine for me.
