fps don't feel(i have 144hz)

Help with the problem, FPS is at the level of 200-350 in the game, (monitor 144 Hz) the picture is somehow torn, not beautiful, 144 FPS is not detected, when entering csgo everything is perfect.

Tearing is normal if your in-game FPS is far higher than your monitor FPS.

Make sure you've actually set it up 144 hz. In Windows search for "Advanced Display Settings".

I made this mistake recently with my new 144 hz monitor.
