Purchased A Way Out and Unravel Two but when launching it crashes

Hi, I’m just new to steam games. I recently bought A Way Out and Unravel Two and I have downloaded the game. Tried to play - it opens EA Play to prepare the game but afterwards it crashes. My steam account and EA account are linked. However when I open EA play, the games I bought doesn’t appear on my library.

Please do the following:
Open the Steam Client, click Help in the top menu bar, then System Information.
Copy all text and post it here.

Don't know what's going on but you should be seeing those games in your EA app Library... They'd have a Steam icon on the game's cover.

(An exception might be if one owned them on EA/Origin first??? For example, I had Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order on Origin, then later got it on Steam. The EA library only has the EA version. I got Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Unravel 1 & 2, Lost in Random only from Steam and those are listed with the Steam icon.)

How is it crashing? An error message or just nothing seems to happen after EA's preparing game message?

Hi, there’s an error that says it crashes and ‘The EA app ran into a problem. A simple restart should resolve this issue’. However, I tried multiple times to restart the EA app, reinstall it and reboot my pc but the problem still persists.
