Download Steam to school pc without admin rights

Hey I already installed steam but it says I need Steam Client Service to be able to download games or play those which have Vac protection on it. Am I f*cked or is there a way like downloading a seperate file and putting it into the steam folder?
If you need further info let me know.

Edit: Solved it with .bat files and got around the security. But still don't comment unless you have an answeelr because saying it's not right etc is just useless info for me.

I am well aware that this is wrong but calling it illegal is too much. Also I wanted to know your opinion on this because I was able to install Steam even without admin priveledges because I used some commands and .bat files.

The pc spec isnt really important in this matter. the important thing is getting around admin priviledges.

well it is illegal because it can be considered computer tampering, especially if you attempt to evade systems put in place that prevent such installations.

Sounds like while the installing may not have failed, the system is preventing Steam from running, or running properly. Which isn't all that surprising, since you'd expect some level of security on school computers.

You should probably ask the admin for help.

Or "use some commands and .bat files" you don't really understand until you're caught tampering with the system.

Perhaps ignoring school rules, and trying to bypass security because you find it inconvenient isn't some kind of cleverness test. But maybe some consequences and loss of computer privileges will be needed to convince you otherwise.
