I cant trade. Help..Error code 34.

So, i was just doing my trades on TF2 yesterday, everything was fine. Until now, it says i cant trade, shows me error code (34), Searched it up, and it says its logon session replaced. I dont have any idea whats happening. Can someone help me?

I discovered this today, and it's happen bcause u changed your name and, when you do it, give error 34 for several hours (It's made for ♥♥♥♥ that one who do API scam)
