2. Try a previous graphics driver that worked or install a studio driver those are more stable
3. Is anything overclocked? If so it could be unstable
4. Do a Steam file verification on these two games
5. Run it in compatibility mode for windows 8
6. Try launching directly from the executable
7. Change openGL present method to Layered DXGI Swapchain in NVIDIA control panel
MSI auto update, has been caught in not update BIOS, even then it say so in the past with the tool app,. i can't say you have same issue, but why not.
Then check the Folder Windows Logs -> System.
If there are any Errors when it crashes, it might help finding the cause.
You're overclocking the CPU's memory controller by using faster RAM.

--------------------------------------------------------------
i also taken notice of this
1) OP never mention how much RAM he have in total on his computer.
-------------------------------------------------------------
can it be due to hardware in his CPU malfunction completely.
e.g Graphics Card Driver chip in CPU needs to replace and/or RAM Sticks in his CPU, one of them is Bad
that error code OP provides, i notices it have something to do with "GPU".
Graphics Card Driver and RAM Stick are related.
DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ are also related too.
The SSPI client process is BlackOps4 (PID: 30208)." I dont think this relates to the issue of the game crashing
Also I made that thread but no one responded after so I thought people here in the steam community would help.
I dont think its anything with my gpu, it runs every other game perfectly fine with max settings but its just black ops 3 and 4 that are having issues.
I do think it might be something with DirectX and Microsoft visual C++
sometimes there might be a bad RAM Stick which might be causing the problem.
p.s better be safe than sorry.
I removed the ram sticks and gpu and put them back. Still having the issue
As the game doesn't crash instantly, then there's probably a error message somewhere that might help. But I have no idea because I haven't played the game myself.
