i can't play all game in steam when i open steam it's error down below (steam PC), The time on my computer is set, and i have certificate

The SSL certificate for https://store.steampowered.com/ is invalid and the page will not be loaded (error:-202 status:4).

I have all important certificates. And it doesn't expire.

Open the website in a browser, let that error happen and let you show the certificate there.

Each site that wants to use https, like Steam, has their own SSL certificate. If the certificate is invalid then everyone is going to have a problem. If your system or ISP is having some issue and isn't able to confirm the SSL cert is valid you may get an error.

If you're able to see the certificate and the details line up correctly it raises questions. If they don't, the cert is expired, or it's not for Valve/Steam that raises different questions.

But in order to know what questions to proceed to next, you providing what you see when you examine the SSL cert on https://store.steampowered.com/ is the next reasonable step.

Run a FULL windows update

It should be fixed by now but if not, change dns to google, flush dns and then set it to auto
