LIMITED MATCHMAKING

i was banned today caserma goodfella banned and the only third party software i was running is xsplit and msi i was told by my viewers from in game kills that stunning wasn't allowed (being sarcastic they was angry) i think i was mass reported i don't cheat ever my game was live recorded and i was kick on stream i even displayed my screen... so what now i can only assumed mass reports for the stuns or msi .. i also didn't have voice chat on screaming at ppl.. i have gotten error log messages multiple times saying game detected overclock but I've been playing for a month now and also the game crash i reset it and its fine this is a first time ban i have spent thousands please help. I'm sorry the live game footage is the last stream i stream i have proof https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2049611643 1:21 is the timestamp i was player kicked in of the game i assumed because i had a redeploy and the guy won when i died that's why i was kicked but i had eyeballs spectating the whole time
