Friend list is blank
I can see my favorites (I blurred it for privacy reasons), but the rest of my friend list is just blank. When I'm in a game, I can see it just fine. (i added the red markings for clerafication)

I tried to reinstall Windows and with it Steam, and it's just the same. If I clear my download cache, it's fine for a while, but it always ends up like this again.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
