Was it at least cheap? Or were you ripped off as well as scammed?
Anyway, your Windows install is no longer trustworthy. I recommend wiping the hard drive and installing a clean copy of Windows.
Bro is putting salt on my wounds ;-; Anyways thank you.
Is it added as a non-steam game?
Idk its just stays there in my pc's steam library. I can still install it and I can also still buy the actual palworld.
Format your system and reinstall everything from scratch.
Thenafter, do the following:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
6. Change your trade link: Profile > your inventory > trade offer > Who can send me trade offer > scroll down and make a new trade link.

Nothing out of ordinary here. It's actually good that you are learning it now, so that you don't get scammed for much bigger stuff later on in life.
As already mentioned, you want to fully wipe your disk, it's much hassel-free and better use of your time and effort. Meanwhile, your PC is effected, and your data is being leaked, including your accounts and passwords.
Just do it.
Don't forget your backup and keep an eye out for the possibility of a virus in the data you backup.
Update:
Trying to get a game cheaper is totally normal. Don't feel bad for THAT.
But: Letting someone on your PC is ... let's call it sub optimal. ;-)
