Neptunia Rebirth:1 game keep crashing

Hi, new here (technically) so my journey is i finished ch8 and get normal ending of the game, but after that my game crashed consistently. It doesn't crash on starting the game, but so far it crash when i tried to go video settings in config, when i try to craft a plan or turn on/off add enemies map plans and when i scroll down dlc menu and quest menu, and crashed when i try to pickup items in the games. Any idea what should i do?

This is my laptop specs:
Windows 11
64-bit os
AMD Ryzen 3 5300U with Radeon Graphics 2.60 GHz
8gb Ram

The game was fine before and i've spend 25 hours on the game up until its start crashing, my laptop specs might quiet low but as far as i know its should be enough for playing games that doesn't required high gpu usage. I've tried all the suggestions i found in Neptunia rebirth1 forum but none of em fixed this problems.

Yeah i did, from verifying the files, .exe compatibility change, still doesn't work

It probably has something to do with what you did on your computer before you passed the 25 hours.

The only thing i did is doing windows update, is it because if that?

You've set game in compatibility mode - but to which OS?

I dunno how to check what version, but if you asking me to update my graphics driver, i already did and its said the best drivers already installed

And no, that's NOT why I asked. It can actually be beneficial to DOWNGRADE the driver. New is not always better.

can't find which OS, it's compatibility for windows XP SP1&SP2,Vista SP1&SP2,7,8, all the guides i read said XP SP1&SP2 fixed the crashes for most people

also the link you give me i read everythink i think related to the game crashes but i think pretty much is the same as what i found on the forum regarding the game crash

alright i cant find amd radeon settings anywhere in my laptop, but theres amd radeon software when i try to open it, i got a warning said the version amd radeon software i launched isn't compatible with my current installed graphics driver

EDIT: aight i download amd software compatibility tools, and when open it its said i dont have amd software app intalled, >:(

OMG I FOUND THE SOLUTIONS, IVE BEEN TWEAKING EVERYTHING TO THE POINT INSTALLING AMD RADEON SOFTWARE ADRENALINE, INSTALL SOME STUFF IM NOT SURE ABOUT (CAUSE AT THIS POINT I ALREADY FED UP) I THINK ITS FIXED MY GRAPHICS DRIVER TO A COMPABILITY VERSION FOR MY SOFTWARE AND THEN I TRIED PLAYING THE GAME AND ITS FIXED ITS DOESNT CRASHED ANYMORE I CAN CRAFT MY PLANS, CHANGE MY VIDEO SETTINGS, ITS JUST LIKE BEFORE THE CRASH,

THANKS EVERYONE THAT TRY TO HELP ME
