Dont get nervous. Be calm. Everything works fine on pc.
On store pages you can see for what os the game is. Rule of thumb, everything but windows is the exeption, so games should run on windows at least.
Let us know your hardware specs. Cpu, ram, grafic card.
That determines what games you can play.
If you want to use the gaming PC you bought (why else would you've bought it if not for using), just install the game on your gaming PC while sitting in front of your gaming PC.
If you want to use your Apple PC instead of the gaming PC (thus wasting money on that gaming PC), get in front of your Apple PC and install the game there.
Why exactly are you jumping through hoops instead of going the easy route?
MaP: I did install Steam on my new PC. I then purchased the Unity of Command 2 software using my PC. I cannot find where it gives me the option of buying Windows. I went ahead with the install on my new PC even though it said Eric's MAC and the Baldur's Gate 3 game is now running. Does the software look at the OS and install what is on the computer?
I bought a HP Victus laptop. AMD Ryzen5 with Nvidia GeForceRTX2050. I got as much RAM (64) as I could. My old MAC struggled with Steam running. I'm going to see if I can get The Great War: Western Front going next.
isdninja: The remote install may be braindead but I'm limited in my computer knowledge so I'm not sure I'm ahead of the remote install.
Reboot: Still smiling at this one. I'm not the brightest bulb, but I wasn't trying to load the new game onto my old MAC. As for jumping through hoops, it's pretty much the story of my life. I think of it as a lifelong hobby.
Thanks for the help guys!
Or click the game and click install.
Windows is your operating system on that new computer?

2. Start Steam on that new PC and log in
3. Buy the game from Steam on the new PC
4. Download the game from Steam on the new PC.
If you've already bought the game, skip step #3. Don't skip steps #1 and #2.
You should get a new hobby, going the easy route is way more fun, than the complicated one. Speaking own from experience.
Its easier as what you somehow found to do instead
You only need to buy the game on Steam once and you've already purchased it. It's the same purchase whether you're running Windows or MacOS.
Log into the same Steam account you use with your Mac on your Windows PC. Install the game. Play the game.
It sounds like you're actually remote streaming from your Mac, meaning the game is running on your Mac, but transferring the gameplay through the network through your PC. This isn't what you want. To eliminate confusion, turn off your Mac. Now you should be able to play the game without it prompting you to stream from your Mac.
Pscht: I had trouble with the link you provided. It was traditional Chinese that I switched to, not simplified like you posted. Can you resend? Thanks for caring.
Reboot: I think what got me in trouble was that I interpreted the download message to mean that I was getting a MAC version and not a Windows version. Therefore I panicked and didn't even try to download and install the Unity Command that I bought. I now believe the software can determine what type of OS you are installing it on?
Thanks all..
