Help with account location.

Hi, i need help regarding my location.

I am corrently located in palestine, but my account location is israel. I tried changing the account location by changing to palestinian store and using palestinian credit cards( tried 3) and also tried paypal, all with no luck. I keep getting the following error:
"An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed.
Please wait a few minutes and try again.
If you encounter this error repeatedly, please contact Steam Support."

Steam support couldn't help me. I tried making a new account - just to make sure the cards are working - with palestine as store location and everything works fine, however, i dont want to lose this account which has all my progress.

Any ideas? Thank you all

wait between 5 and 12 hours and try again.
Basically panicking and refreshing and mucking about in the store will cause this, especially on weekends when the system is busy.
