Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime - the following components are required to run this program error
I have the error trying to run Tekken 8 on Windows 10 and do not know how to fix this.

I tried:
1. reinstalling all the VC++ for x86 and x64
2. reinstalling steam
3. reinstalling the game
4. installing updated graphics card drivers
5. installing latest .Net Framework
6. verifying that i have latest DirectX
7. checked integrity of game files in steam
8. Running Windows Updates

PC fulfills the game requirements.

Anyone had the same issue with any program perhaps?

Try asking in the Tekken8 forum.

You should try seeing if this issue is happening to others in the Tekken game hub.

  1. disconnect from internet (ethernet/wlan/wifi)

  2. uninstall all MS VCRedist modules
    ..via Windows 10/11 "uninstall" window & classic "deinstall" via system control panel

  3. restart pc

  4. WIN+R
    -> cleanmgr.exe
    run in regular mode, hook up and clean everything ..
    then run in admin mode, hook up and clean everything again !!

    -> dfrgui.exe
    defrag & optimize all of your disks and drives ..

  5. restart pc

  6. download & install dxwebsetup (dx9-11)
    -> https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=35

  7. download & install latest VCRedist

    https://learn.microsoft.com/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022

    Download & Install both
    -> X86
    -> X64

  8. restart pc

  9. connect back to internet (ethernet/wlan/wifi)

  10. check for "windows updates" and "microsoft store" app updates
    restart pc if needed

  11. Steam
    Settings
    In Game
    "Delete Web Browser Data"

  12. Steam
    Settings
    Downloads
    "Clear Cache"

  13. restart pc

  14. .. good luck ..

p.s.:
