can't take screenshot inside the game when pressing print screen??/

hey can anyone help? when im trying to press print screen it do nothing like i reinstall the game then it's a same like i want to screenshot my game for my fb cover but it just freezing or hanging the game please help

You know Steam has a dedicated screenshot key, F12 by default? Use that unless you're saying you remapped it to PRTSCN and it's not working now?

You can take a screenshot with Print Screen but it wont save automatically so you would need to paste it into an image editor.
As mentioned f12 is the default

both show you how to Steam>settings>ingame enable the F12.
