hey leute bei meinem neuen win 11 notebook (gigavyte g5) lässt sich steam nicht instalieren. woran könnte das liegen?

Woran es liegen kann? Sehr viel. Leider gibst du uns keine brauchbaren Hinweise damit wir gezielte Tipps geben können.

Fehlermeldungen zitieren wäre ein Anfang.
Eine detaillierte Problembeschreibung wäre auch sehr zielführend.

Ich "brauche" gar nichts. Hier ist nämlich kein Kundendienst, sondern ein reines Nutzerforum. Aber probieren wir es doch mal. Erstens: Welche Teile hat dieser Rechner verbaut (Prozessormodell, Graphikkartenmodell samt Treiberversion, freier Festplattenplatz, Menge an RAM...)? Kommt eine Fehlermeldung - wenn, ja, GENAUER Wortlaut?

Start by describing what you're actually observing. "Can't install Steam" can mean roughly 1000 different things. Describe precisely the steps you're taking and the results you're observing.

Neue Maschine?! -- Komplette Neuinstallation bitte!!

All diese "Pre-Fab" PCs und Laptops haben jeglichen Müll und "Bloatware" installiert.. verstecktes und korrumpierendes Zeug .. Programme und Einstellungen welche inkompatibel sind und/oder sich einfach gegenseitig beißen und dein System instabil werden lassen!

Ist zB Norton oder McAfee drauf? Neuinstallation..!! Diese AntiVir Programme sind high-end Trojaner, "ersetzen" wichtige Systemdateien und blocken dich damit zusätzlich komplett aus von manuellen Einstellungen. Nur eine komplette Neuinstallation hilft, besonders in diesem Beispiel.

Während der frischen Neuinstallation weiter unten, bitte ALLE Partitionen löschen ...

Reformat/reinstall a fresh and clean W10/W11:

1. Plugin your USB with Windows 10/11 install media
   
2. Keep your correct IRST drivers ready inside an extra folder, to be save ..
   
3. Open Windows Start menu
   
4. Restart your PC while holding the Shift key to boot into the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). Once in the Windows Recovery Environment, choose to boot from the USB drive.

Once your drives and partitions are ALL deleted & formatted in setup, continue..

During later stage of fresh install, @ Language Selection

1. cut LAN/WLAN
   
2. "Shift + F10" to open console
   
3. type:

   oobe\bypassnro

4. auto-reboots
   
5. select:

   "I don't have internet"
   "Continue with limited setup"

6. Install your "LOCAL ACCOUNT" and disable all telemetry stuff during setup
   >> Profit

Later you can even setup a PIN in Windows Options without being online/Microsoft account, and if you like - and I suggest it - uninstall Windows OneDrive straight after you enter your freshly installed Windows and disable UAC (User Account Control)!! Afterwards let your machine connect to the internet and use Windows Update and Microsoft Store Apps update.

If updates are done, install AntiVir as "ESET Premium" and "Mozilla Firefox + uBlock Origin" (by Raymond Hill). Then search for more and specific drivers manually, as latest NVIDIA drivers, more special Chipset drivers, latest BIOS firmware, etc ..

ah ok also es ist ein gigabyte g5 mit rtx 4060, i5, 32 gb ram und ner 2tb ssd. war ein angebot bei one.de
also ich gehe auf steam und lade mir die instal datei, klicke drauf und nichts passiert.
egal ob im admin oder mit der kompalitätsmodus.
