game banned

hi there everyone i was hopping that someone can help me to understand the situation of my problem..


i am a big fan of old classic games specially ps3 and ps2 games ...



so i downloaded the RPCS3 ( ps3 emulator ) program to play old games like MGS4 and god of war 1 2 and 3 collection on my pc


so i downloaded CHEAT engine program to play ps3 games on RPCS3 so i can beat the games quickly and easy .... just for fun


the day after ..... i went to play a call of duty on my steam account with my friends ... as usual


and i find a worning massege from steam says ( you've been permanently banned in call of duty by the game's developers ) that i got a VAC BANNED permanently for using A CHEAT software



i don't get it ....


the CHEAT engine that i downloaded is meant for rpcs3 ps3 emulator only and can't used on steam ( because these games are not exsist in steam game store )



the RPCS3 ( ps3 emulator ) has nothing to do with steam



if steam or activision think that i am a hacker ....


dose they notes if there are players in the server reporting my ?????



in the end i will be thankful to find the time to read my problem and lead me to the right path and till me what to do ???

You have been told to contact Activision. that's your only option. If Activision doesn't uplift the ban or explain things to you, you're out of luck. Valve/Steam does not interfere with game bans by game developers/publishers.

You can keep arguing in threads until the end of time, the answer won't change.

Bans issued by game developers need to be appealed via that developer's support team.
