Dead Steam Deck. No indicator light
Hey all,
My steam deck just went completely dead. There is no indicator light at all when I plug it in with multiple charging cables (including the native one packaged with the deck) and on multiple outlets.

I’ve tested all of those combinations through my iPhone and they were all charging successfully.

I’ve tried holding the power down for 30 sec..
I’ve tried holding the power and volume up down together.

I can’t get the indicator light to turn on no matter what. It’s been plugged in for an hour+ at this point with no change.

I have the limited edition translucent OLED 1 TB Model purchased in

I’m not a big gamer (just a middle aged lady who is not familiar at all with this technology so I apologize for my ignorance).

Any tips/help would be greatly appreciated.

Seriously sounds like a defective unit. Contact Steam support, you'll most likely get an RMA.
