Wrong password issue, please send help!

Hello, right now I'm stuck in "too many retries", so will probably have to wait another 72 hours. I kept getting a wrong password issue, then would go in and change my password, and run into the same issue again. I already found the insane route and found a way to create a ticket. Hopefully they get back to me. I have over a thousand dollars worth of games in that account.
