SSD Cleanup
This might be a really dumb question, but how do I know what files are safe to delete or how to tell what they are? Sometimes when I look at files, I have no idea what they are so I end up just leaving it.(same case with task manager) Id like to free up some space from some of these big files, So help would be appreciated.

Disc cleanup, then click on: cleanup system files. You can tick old win update files.

For example, pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.pak is 60gb or Polaris-Windows.ucas 20gb etc.

pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.pak
Sounds like a file for the game Ready or Not, which would be absolutely essential if you want to keep playing the game
.
Polaris-Windows.ucas seems to be part of the Tekken 8 Demo, which again would be essential if you want to play it.

What path does that pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.pak file have? That should tell you which game it belongs to.

Looks like it belongs to post scriptum which I want to play, so I wont delete that. Well I guess that answers my question. I just have to find the path of the file by opening file location to know what it is?

Well, in most cases it should be obvious. But it won't help every single time.

The search function should tell you where it is.
But usually, you just have large files of what you install. So no need to search.

Ok Thanks. As far as task manager, how do I know what tasks I can end without messing anything up?

If you are in doubt, do fresh & clean OS install :)

Reformat/reinstall a fresh and clean W10/W11:
https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

W11 Clean Install
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/cleaninstall

  1. Plugin your USB with Windows 10/11 install media
  2. Keep your correct IRST drivers ready inside an extra folder, to be save ..
  3. Open Windows Start menu
  4. Restart your PC while holding the Shift key to boot into the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). Once in the Windows Recovery Environment, choose to boot from the USB drive.

Once your drives are formatted in setup, continue..

During later stage of fresh install, @ Language Selection
  1. cut LAN/WLAN
  2. >> "Shift + F10" to open console
  3. >> type:
    oobe\bypassnro
  4. auto-reboots
  5. >> select:
    "I don't have internet"
  6. Install "LOCAL ACCOUNT"
    >> Profit

Later you can even setup a PIN in Windows Options without being online/Microsoft account

Less is always more .. especially in IT
