That explained it. Stop using them.
Take the following steps to secure your account:
1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

More than likely a scam site where you gave away your login info before.

- Hi you won a prize *insert scam link*
- Hi try my demo *insert scam link*
- Hi you have pending ban, or whatever add this person and login *insert scam link*
This should be clicking in making you realize where you may have gone wrong unless you completely forgot it out of your mind, and wouldn't be first time people done it either, they swear it didn't happen but it did, they misunderstood and realize later, or completely forgot then dawns on them later.
