Nvidia Shadowplay issue
Hello guys, I wrote a ticket about this in nvidia support but it might take them days or weeks to respond, so I decided to ask here as well.

I've been using Shadowplay for a long time now (like 4 years) but only recently realized some problem. I play Counter-Stike in 4:3 stretched resolution and would like to have my recordings the same way. However, I looked at my replays and noticed that about two months ago they stopped being stretched and started to have black bars (square res). Updated driver to the latest just in case. I always had 1080p in settings but tried setting it to "Ingame", didn't work. Some people say that you need to have desktop capture enabled to record in stretched and I think it's the problem. I can't record my desktop and fixes on the internet are not relevant for me because my "desktop capture" toggle in privacy settings is enabled. So, it's enabled but nothing happens when I press replay keys, the indicator icon is missing too.

After sending this ticket I noticed that all of my replays that I called black bars are actually 1280x960 videos (my res in cs2), though I have 1080p in settings. The replays recorded before it started are 1920x1080 in video properties

changed my output resolution to 4k instead of 1440p and it fixed my problem. maybe change yours to 1080p or any 16:9 resolution
