Moving from the US to Australia

Can I keep and play my 300 steam games board here in the US over there?

Yes. Why do you imagine it's going to be an issue?

Region issues. Some games you buy won't activate in other regions so if I have all my games in the US region can you still play them in the Asia Pacific region.

Once a game is in your library it loses all region restrictions after 90 days and can be installed/played anywhere in the world, even in countries where the game is not available/region locked.
So no need to worry.
If you permanently move to Australia you should switch to the Australian Steam store though once you are there, it does not happen automatically.
Technically you could also stay on your US store permanently, even while living in Australia as long as you have a registered payment method from the USA for the account.
