Merhabalar Kart doğrulama ile alakalı sorun hakkında . About card verification issue
Merhabalar , hesabıma para yüklemesi gerçekleştirdiğim de bunu yapmış olduğum kart bilgilerim ile alakalı doğrulama adına benden steam tarafından bir talep de bulunuldu. Bu talep doğrultusunda bankamı aradığım da benden çekilen 2 adet doğrulama ücretinin Türk lirası olarak çekim yapıldığından dolayı , dolar karşılığının ne olduğunu bilmiyorum ve bu yüzden yüklediğim tutarı kullanamıyorum. Böyle saçma sapan bir iş nasıl yapabiliyorsunuz ?
Çözüm olarak kart doğrulama da sizlerin verdiği bilgiler de bankanızı aradığınız da size dolar karşılığını söyleyecektir . bilgisi yer almasına rağmen , hesabımdan direk olarak TL çekimi yaptığınız için mağdur durumdayım. sizlere ulaşmak için ne bir telefon numaranız mevcut ne de destek bileti atabiliyorum. Benim sorunuma derhal çözüm istiyorum !

ENG : Hello, when I transferred money to my account, Steam made a request to verify my card information. When I called my bank in response to this request, I did not know what the dollar equivalent of the 2 verification fees charged to me was in Turkish lira, and therefore I cannot use the amount I uploaded. How can you do such a ridiculous thing?
As a solution, the information you provide during card verification will tell you the dollar equivalent when you call your bank. I am aggrieved because you have withdrawn TL directly from my account, even though the information is included. I neither have a phone number to reach you nor I can submit a support ticket. I want an immediate solution to my problem!

The only thing you can do is wait the 3 days since it seems Valve has not stopped using Lira for verification taps but the verification asks for USD.

You can also contact support to let them know that this is an issue that needs to be sent up to a Valve employee to fix. But support won't be able to lift the restriction.

However, there is one thing that makes me sad: As a user from Turkey who actively uses the Steam application, it makes me very sad that there is no authority or channel from which I can get instant support. I hope they will take these problems into consideration and develop a system where users can get solutions by reporting their instant problems.

The only way to let Valve know is by telling support about the issue and they will pass it along to Valve.
