Missing the top bar on steam
Anyone else having this issue where the top part menu is missing? (https://imgur.com/a/7GSSaJ1). I have already tried looking into this before posting about steam skins but I do not have nor used a steam skin or have the folder for it. I did check if it was up to date and it was, the big screen mode works, already tried alt+enter to switch the view. Nothing seemed to work. If I have to I will uninstall steam later.

It does nothing. After my class I will be restarting my PC which ends in about 20ish minutes

Big dumb. Had to restart my PC lol. Its fixed now
