YouTube Videos don't start when a Game is running
Hi, I don't know where else to ask and I don't know if I'm even in the right Sub Forum, so please move the Question if I'm wrong here.

I have a two Monitor Setup and like to watch YouTube Videos while gaming, but since I reinstalled Windows after a Hardware change Videos (neither YouTube nor other streaming Services) don't start when a Game is running.
Videos load and play normally when I don't have a Game running and I can play games without problems but I want to do both simultaneously.
I've tried disabling Hardware Acceleration in my Browser (Chrome, newest Update) but that didn't do anything.
Thank you for your Help in advance!

EDIT: I've tried googleing the Problem, but didn't find any helpful Solution (except for the already mentioned Hardware Accerleration).

EDIT2:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE @ 3,8 GHz
Gigabyte nVidia Geforce GTX 960 with 4 GB GDDR5
16 GB DDR3 Ram
all connected via a Gigabyte 990 XA-UD3 Motherboard

All the Drivers are on the newest version.

Tried that (should've put that in the original Post, might add that) but didn't find anything, that's why I'm here...

Oh ok.

I just said that because sometimes people ask questions here before using Google.
I found one guy at: tomshardware web page and he had same problems as you do.

How was it solved? He had bad system specs so he couldn't run both at the same time.
Game was fine but video was laggy/not working.

Thanks for the Answer, but I doubt that it's my specs... It worked perfectly fine before I reinstalled Windows (fried my Motherboard and got a new one)...
Also Specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE @ 3,8 GHz
Gigabyte nVidia Geforce GTX 960 with 4 GB GDDR5
16 GB DDR3 Ram
all connected via a Gigabyte 990 XA-UD3 Motherboard

Also (forgot to mention that, sorry) if I start a Video and then start a Game, both runs perfectly, only if I want to start a new Video it loads the Page, and buffers the Video - if the progress Bar is to believed - but it simply doesn't start if I click it or the Play button.

Hello, i am not sure if this comes to late but Hardware Acceleration might be the problem here.

On Windows under Settings -> Graphics settings should be a slider "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling"

Turning that off might work if someone is experiencing this issue. Its because the PC will detect the most recource demanding task and focus the hardware on that which causes Youtube videos to not properly play while a more demanding task is currently running on the computer.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
