Steam service install error

When I start my computer a pop up message to install steam service comes up, then I press install and nothing happened. I used some tips in the forum, like .....steamservice.exe /repair in CMD and it didnt work too, what should I do now? I cant even play normal match in dota 2 cuz I cant install steam service and VAC blocked me. Need some help please :(

are you sure your pc doesn't have malware or the sort?

I think about 1-2 hour, and nothing happened.

Ok. Download Process Monitor from Sysinternals (a part of Microsoft), start it, filter for the process name Stramservice.exe and start Steam. Now you can watch live what the service is doing and what its taking so long.

I didnt found steamservice.exe in the process monitor, I only found steamwebhelper and steam

done, when I repaired steamservice, my CMD didnt show the notice that repairing has been done..

Great. So when you start Steam, it doesn't ask you to install the Steam service?
