GTA IV Windowed Mode
I am trying to put GTA 4 on windowed mode, but when I click on properties to put in, "-windowed" it pops up as "steam://rungame/"

actually try -window it works

I found out 15 minutes after i posted this, thanks anyway, I just did a commandline.txt and put "-windowed"
